McCain Tries to steal credit; then avoids vote to eat chili

Not only does he try to steal credit for Webb’s GI bill, a bill he opposed.

But when the vote comes up, he’s not even there to vote on it, where was he:

That’s right he was eating chili in ohio(only other senator to miss was Ted Kennedy, who is gone for medical reasons)

In fact he hasn’t voted on a bill since April
